SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

This position is for a System Administrator in the Oracle NetSuite OpenAir Operations group focusing on providing high level system support in areas of monitoring, automation, backups, capacity/performance planning, high availability and researching new technology. In this role you will work with remote engineering team responsible for maintaining production environments of OpenAir application and related tools/systems inside of the Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (public cloud).We use:OCI public cloud, linux (CentOS), Terraform, Foreman, Logstash, Apache, Oracle DBWhat you’ll do:implementing, supporting, and securing network and server infrastructure for NetSuite OpenAir applicationParticipating in major systems improvement projectsDiagnosing performance issues, and performing root-cause analysisMonitoring and analysing availability and capacity of networks, servers running on OCI public cloud.Performing general system configuration, backups, maintenance, and optimisation of (mostly) Linux server infrastructureDeveloping automation via terraform/saltstack and python/shell/bash.… while adhering to the reliability & security!What do we look for? Experience with Unix System Administration, Linux Administration of any distribution.
