In the morning and every other day, once the entire team is present, they do their “daily meeting” organize the day, and catch up on what they are working on. They like to work on pair programming and try to do it whenever possible.They work with Kanban and on Mondays, they plan and review how last week went. The days are very dynamic, since beyond the planned tasks, it is a team that enables other development teams and helps solve any incident that depends on the platforms. On Fridays, they dedicate between 1 and 2 hours to share learning or knowledge and maintain a dynamic of professional growth among everyone. In addition to these rituals, they hold retrospectives every 2 weeks, in which each one can contribute their grain of sand to continue improving as a team.If you have experience working in complex infrastructures, designing platforms with high traffic load, if you are always looking for the best way to automate processes, you have a curious mind, are happy to take on new, challenging projects and love being part of a seriously capable team of top players, you definitely want to talk to us! 😄💡 What you will do:Manage a common Kubernetes platform for the entire infrastructure.Automate the provisioning of services in the infrastructure with Ansible.Ensure the availability, security, and integrity of the organization's on-prem systems and platforms 24 hours a day, for one week, with rotating shifts.Enable development teams by cooperating with projects that generate impact on the organization.Promote system improvements in the team and lead complex projects.🔎 What we are looking for:❗Please keep in mind that, although we would love to meet you, to proceed with your application, a valid working permit for Spain is needed❗Demonstrated track record of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux-based environments in infrastructure on-premise.Solid experience with configuration management tools using Ansible in a high-traffic web environment, Terraform will be a plus.Strong skills using monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana. And knowledge of logging using ELK stack.Experience with virtualization (Proxmox/KVM) and containerization (Kubernetes and Docker).Familiarity with web stack technologies such as HA-Proxy, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, or Solr.Thorough knowledge of internet protocols (DNS, HTTPS, TCP/IP).Fluent in Spanish and English. 😎 Some of the things that will help you to perform at your best (aka perks!): 🏠 A remote-first culture.
