you will be responsible for.
• Consultation of web channels of gas and electricity distributors in Portugal.
• Review and resolution of incidents in switching operations in Portugal.
• Review of XML files and activation processes in Portugal.
• Interlocution with Portuguese distributors in claims, incidents, and meetings.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements.
• Administrative Technician or higher.
• High level of Portuguese language.
• Desirable knowledge of the electricity and gas sector, tariffs and legislation in force in Portugal.
• Desirable basic knowledge of physical concepts related to energy (power, energy, voltage level, reactive, measurement units, tariff periods, readings).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
