• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously and contribute insights for service enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and tackle common challenges collaboratively.
• Stay informed about company offerings and industry standards to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Engage in continuous training and development to enhance your customer service skills.
Requirements • Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
