ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS On-Going Role Regular or irregular supplier contact Support to APQP & attend SEG for each project Implement continuous improvement program Quality improvement planning and execution to noncompliance part Control nonconforming material request Support reports and documents to customer Hold quality meeting with supplier issue Evaluating supplier performance by suppler PPM & incoming inspection Operating CPM process Attend SCR & QIP meeting Control the general incoming inspection& EPC & the regular components audit Review supplier PPAP and components SC by discussing with GSM & SDE Issue charge back (invoice) for nonconforming material to supplier.
Evaluating the contamination for assembly & components Supervise incoming inspectors Planning regular audits Implement TS system audit Management for QMS Responsible for complying with the general safety rules and procedures Responsible for his/her safety and attending safety trainings For emergency preparedness & response, to confirm role as a member and implement.
For fire prevention control, to implement role as a member of the self fire team of company.
For environmental control, to use tools, equipment and etc based on environmental guide line.
For waste material control, to observe waste material process for isolating, scraping, storage and delivery.
For environmental object target, responsible for his/her safety target as his/her KPI.
