¿Qué harás en este rol? - Planificación y organización del programa - Seguimiento y apoyo a los estudiantes durante su estancia en el extranjero - Comunicación con familias y la red comercial - Coordinación de vuelos y trámites administrativos (visados, expedientes, homologaciones…) - Resolución de incidencias - Participación en eventos y ferias internacionales.
Requisitos - Experiencia previa en gestión de programas académicos en el extranjero - Excelentes habilidades comunicativas en español e inglés (¡otros idiomas como alemán son un plus!) - Capacidad para gestionar incidencias y trabajar bajo presión - Atención al detalle y habilidades analíticas - Proactividad, capacidad resolutiva - Flexibilidad horaria en ciertos momentos del año - Muy deseable haber estudiado al menos un año académico en USA, Canadá, UK o Irlanda Se ofrece - Salario competitivo - Flexibilidad para hacer trabajo híbrido - Un entorno de trabajo dinámico y multicultural.
