We are seeking a dynamic sales professional with strong leadership qualities, a commercial mindset, and a hands-on approach to drive the showroom?s performance and client experience to the next level.
As Store Manager / Sales Representative, your Main Responsibilities will be.
- Leading and motivating the showroom sales team.
- Driving sales and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Developing new business through effective networking and relationship building.
- Supporting the daily operations of the showroom with a solution-oriented attitude.
Requirements.
- Previous leadership experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills and team leadership abilities.
- High level of responsibility and self-motivation.
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver?s license.
- Willingness to work full-time from Monday to Saturday (half day), with one day off during the week.
