Optimisation interne ● Autonomisation de toutes équipes en leur mettant à disposition des données claires, fiables et complètes ● Amélioration l’impact de notre équipe sales par l’implémentation d’un lead scoring pouvant aller jusqu’à prédire quel sales doit s’occuper de quel lead ● Agir proactivement par rapport à l’équipe CSM en repérant en amont des indicateurs pouvant induire une éventuelle perte de client ● Comprendre plus en profondeur l’utilisation qui est faite, par nos clients, de nos produits via entre autres le process mining, dans un objectif plus large de personnalisation/simplification de la plateforme en fonction du profil utilisateur Travail sur le produit ● Analyses statistiques des comportements d’achat de nos clients finaux, afin d’accompagner nos clients sur une meilleure compréhension de leur base ● Création d’une feature basée sur la prédiction des taux d’annulation des sportifs à leurs cours afin qu’ils puissent anticiper avec de l’overbooking théorique ● Développement d’une feature basée sur la prédiction des taux de remplissage finaux des cours afin de suggérer du pricing dynamique aux studios Pilotage stratégique ● Définition et mise en place de métriques à différents niveaux, global ou par équipe● Études techniques.
Grande École d’Ingénieurs ou de Commerce● Compétences et appétence en analyse de données, notamment SQL et python● Familiarité avec les outils statistiquesAu niveau équipe, étant jeune, vous aurez l’opportunité et serez capable:● De prendre un rôle déterminant dans l’évolution de la tech et de la data, participation auxentretiens, aux choix techniques, ● D’échanger avec toutes les équipes● De monter en compétences sur une modern data stack● De mettre en production rapidement les projets● D’avoir un vrai impact sur le business
