he Role We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to join Factorial and lead one of our most critical product areas.
This senior role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires strong influence across cross-functional teams.
You’ll define the long-term vision, align stakeholders, and deliver outcomes that drive growth.
You’ll work across product domains to bring insights to teams, collaborate across the product organization, and raise the overall quality of product thinking.

ave proven experience in Product Management in the B2B SaaS space (preferably 8+ years with at least 5 years of hands-on ownership of full product lifecycle management).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

re comfortable with scaling processes, managing multiple stakeholders, and proactively optimizing workflows—even beyond your immediate area of responsibility.
