Desde el área de Oficina Técnica Dirección Generalqueremos incorporar un/a Corporate Development Staff Oficina Técnica Dirección General , ubicado en BARCELONA.
¿Qué proyectos desarrollamos?
Su misión principal será proporcionar apoyo a la Dirección General, principalmente en el ámbito de Secretaría Técnica y el Desarrollo Corporativo.
Las responsabilidades que asumirás en la posición son:
Elaboración de documentación y reporting para Órganos de Gobierno de la entidad y de la matriz (consejos de administración, comisiones, etc.).
Apoyo técnico a la Dirección General en la preparación de documentación y/o análisis de temas de la agenda anual (Comité de Dirección, informes de negocio, tendencias e informes del sector, participación del DG en conferencias, debates, …).
Elaboración de información corporativa (presentación de resultados, presentación corporativa, etc.).
Preparación y soporte en las reuniones internas promovidas desde la Dirección General y dirigidas a managers, reunión anual de objetivos, y otras.
Participación en la elaboración y seguimiento del Plan Estratégico.
Participación en proyectos transversales de la compañía.
Investigaciones de mercado y competidores.
Seguimiento de las iniciativas impulsadas a nivel sectorial y apoyo en la preparación de los Comités de las asociaciones de seguros/planes de pensiones y otros relacionados a nivel institucional/sector.
Interlocución con la matriz del Grupo (secretaría técnica Consejero Delegado, Planificación y Estudios, etc)
