“Complex Sales”.
Manage the end-to-end data sales process, including the technical aspects and follow up on the project management part of the service delivery.
Main Pre-Sales duties are to consult accounts to buy Vodafone products or services, proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.
Responsible for developing, winning, project managing and executing Vodafone network connectivity and solution bids.
Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Manage the customer base effectively throughout the customer life cycle & decrease customer deactivations to a minimum.
Reporting the daily activities, sales, retention, visits and achievement plans & applying the Vodafone way in conducting business.
Drive and manage complex sales across the assigned segments.
Qualifications Telecom engineering degree/Computer Science Minimum CCNA self-study & Certification is a must.
CCNP certification is a plus.
At least 3 years experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Very good understanding in Vodafone Mobile & fixed connectivity solutions.
