If you have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent and at least 3 years working as administrator of MS SQL Server we are looking for you!
We are recruiting for an important IT company based in Tenerife. Our client is looking for a highly proactive database and BI focused developer with skills in SQL databases database administration data migrations and developing of BI solutions.
Its a full-time permanent position and the company is located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Requirements
- Good written and verbal English communication skills. Spanish and/or German will be a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years working as administrator of MS SQL Server
- Dynamism to learn and apply new technologies
- Experience with SQL server on Azure
- Experience with Data Solutions and ETL processes in Azure
- Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO)
- MS SQL Server Integration Services
- MS SQL Server Reporting Services
- MS SQL Server Analysis Services
- Monitoring and troubleshooting
The role will involve the following
- Design implementation and maintenance of data migration processes
- Installation configuration and management of SQL Server
- Work with maintenance plans Backups Restore and Disaster Recovery Drills
- Analysis and optimization of queries performance indexes and execution plans
- Monitoring and troubleshooting
