To execute daily Enterprise Resource Planning & Revenue operation functions, supporting the Enterprise Resource Planning & Revenue application and end-users of Enterprise Resource Planning & Revenue, Revenue & Billing assurance involves ensuring complete and accurate billing is performed, cash is collected by our systems accurately and on-time.
Your responsibilities will include.
Performing Monthly critical controls - Reconcile FI Billing to transactions received for accurateness.
Perform Financial Month-end, Cash Management Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable.
Ensuring all FI & VOBILL files are received and loaded in prompt fashion to supply account managers with estimate billing for the day (Impact Guarantees required for large enterprises like Blue Label Telecoms).
Extracts and submits unreconciled transactions to PAMS, then applies reconciled transactions before the daily invoicing.
Investigate and resolve Escalated Incidents and Queries from Dealers, Financial Institutions & internal customers.
Perform root cause analysis and fixes on allocations for cash.
Investigate and Implement Billing and System Efficiencies.
Perform FI onboarding and testing.
Product creation for FI & NPPS Billing.
Perform BAU Functions (Un-allocate Journals, Archiving).
Perform Functional Testing.
Reporting to Various Stakeholders.
Compile monthly Power BI Dashboard to Account Managers  Identify and advance any process improvements.
The Ideal candidate for this role will have.
Must have technical / professional qualifications.
Grade 12/Matric is essential.
3 year degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field.
Post Grad Degree or Professional Qualification (advantageous).
Minimum of 3-5 years IT and Finance Implication experience (essential)  Financial ERP System 3-5 years experience (essential) Advanced SQL skills (essential) Query tools like, Aqua-Data, DBeaver (advantageous) Office Word, Excel & Power-point skills (essential) PowerBI, Qliksense or Quicksight (advantageous) Agile experience (advantageous) Experience in the IT/Telecommunications industry (advantageous)   Skills Clear Strategic and Tactical approach  Effective Planning and Organising Business writing & reporting Strong Interpersonal capabilities Strong Problem solving capabilities  .
