SPECIALIST DEMAND ANALYST

As the new Speciaist Demand Analyst, you will define and refine the demand and capacity processes through IoT Connectivity, while ensuring that these processes are implemented and tracked holistically.
Among the hey elements of this role we could highlight.
Define the process of a centralized flow of demand (one backlog).
Align key functions (Lean Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, Technical Product Owners) on the implementation of the single backlog.
Ensure the process is adhered to and reviewed constantly for improvements.
Define a Capacity model for the overall Portfolio and work with key stakeholders (Portfolio Operations, People Managers) to ensure the process is implemented.
Maintain the Team Definition and Quarterly capacity processes for the Agile Release Trains.
What you bring.
Good knowledge and understanding of the following frameworks.
Product Lifecycle Management, Kanban, Scrum, SAFe and PRINCE2.
Preferable tools competencies.
Office Suite, PowerBI, Jira, Easy Agile, Confluence, Mural.
Ability to build and maintain strong ongoing business relationships at a strategic level with stakeholders.
Strong time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Working experience in managing highly business critical environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to minimize overhead tasks for the team and manage interdependencies with other teams Advanced level of English    .
