And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.”Specialist Data Analyst Asset ControlPosition PurposeCreate advanced analyses to find opportunities and paint points for Asset Control globally.Automate recurrent analyses ensuring good performance and accuracy on the results.Develop machine learning models that help explain business problems.Find solutions to business problems using data and advanced analytics algorithms.Propose new solutions based on data that could deliver value from asset control point of view.Help drive the strategy of the area answering business questions.Major/Key AccountabilitiesPartner with business teams to support strategic initiatives & projects using data as main enabler.Develop and deploy analysis as per asset control requirements.Work closely with all internal stakeholders to improve the quality of insights provided.Translate analytics requirements into actionable user-friendly outputs.Ensure best practices implementation to improve service to business stakeholders.Ensure insights are available to be used on internal processes.Propose enhancements on new/current tools (standardization, usability, workload).Create internal documentation about internal processes.Investigate and propose external data sources that can bring value for asset control processes.Define new analytical methodologies to solve business problems.Use machine learning algorithms to find opportunities.Find solutions to complex business problems using data.Lead the analytical approach with state-of-the-art technical solutions.Define analytical best practices.Use advanced analytics to be able to predict future opportunities for Asset ControlCover analyses regarding all programs and regions Asset Productivity covers.Help drive the strategy of the area answering business questions.MeasuresDeployment of the analytic processes as per plan.Ensure analytics created cover business needs and provide value to stakeholders.Ensure analytics are delivered on a timely manner.Customer satisfaction.QualificationsMinimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role.ExperienceStrong python skills applied to analysis.Experience working with complex coding frameworks.Experience in finding business opportunities.Knowledge on cloud computing environments.Ability to write, improve and troubleshoot SQL queries.Experience working in Python or R to perform data analysis.Ability to analyse, model and interpret data.Analytical background and expertise in transforming data into insights.Comfortable presenting insights and interacting with senior management and explain complex ideas simply.Experience designing visual presentations to tell the story behind the data.Previous business analytics experience.Experience understanding complex data patterns.Experience applying machine learning to solve business problems.Worked with measures and KPIs.Working on remote teams.Proved experience organizing own tasks (manage priorities, standardization, automation, troubleshooting and short-term planning).Skills and KnowledgeStrong service orientation.Very autonomous and capable to lead projects.Very strong analytic skills.Business oriented.AccountabilityVery good customer orientated communication skills.Diplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and culture.Can act under time pressure and interact with senior level stakeholders.Ability to work with remote teams.Driven by results.Ability to learn on the fly.Problem solver (troubleshooting).Accuracy and attention to detail.LanguagesEssential EnglishDesirableSpanish We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
