The 'always a pleasure' mentality is second nature for you, and you are happy go the extra mile for our guests; You have experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a restaurant or hotel and you cannot wait to manage the kitchen team together with the Chef; You are a team player who can multitask, and you have strong communicational skills.
You know how to convey your passion for the kitchen and food with your team; You want to become more experienced with administrative tasks and you have a good command of the Dutch and English language.

You know how to get the best out of your team members, and you ensure a culinary experience for every guest.
You actively assist with cooking, and you support the Chef with various projects to improve processes in the kitchen.
You contribute to changes in the menu, update recipes and make food calculations.
You assist the chef with activities such as scheduling, complying with and checking hygiene procedures, managing the kitchen stock and placing orders.
