In brief This role spearheads the technical sales process for key engagements, acting as the “evangelist” of the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) solution and overall Microsoft partnership with customers.
his role involves aligning Amdocs solutions with customer requirements, contributing to the sales strategy, and ensuring alignment between client needs and our product roadmap.
What will your job look like? Drive the sales process, leveraging technical knowledge to accelerate sales campaigns.
Engage with customers in a consultative-led approach across technical and business aspects, with a focus on C-level sales engagement.
Present Amdocs solutions to senior-level clients, including C-level and executives from Technology departments (CIO, CTO) as well as Business departments (e.
.
Business, Marketing, Contact Center Operations), building trusted-advisor relationships.
Maintain a comprehensive awareness of industry trends, standards, and competition to identify business opportunities.
Communicate end-to-end solutions to various stakeholders in clear, concise language.
Foster a knowledge-sharing community within the solution Sales team.
Drive demand generation activities (including sales campaigns) by proactively identifying new customers’ needs, sales penetration angles, and aligning them with Amdocs solutions and sales approach.
Lead the technical strategy for POC/demos and solution presentations.
Foster innovation, deliver thought leadership sessions, and provide ongoing feedback to PBG product management.
Achieve Business Objectives.
Set business objectives and sales targets based on the division sales strategy.
All you need is...
10+ years in the communications industry.
Significant experience in cloud solutions technical sales.
5+ years in executive-level communication/presentation.
5+ years in solution sales engineering.
Credentials Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Degree in Business Management will be considered a plus Why you will love this job.

Builds, leads, and directs technical solution Sales teams to achieve Business Unit sales goals.
Contributes to the overall sales strategy for the Business Unit.

You will foster innovation, deliver thought leadership sessions, and provide ongoing feedback to PBG product management.
You will share and communicate end-to-end solutions, orally and in writing, to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear, concise language that is in the vernacular of each group.
