We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager. The candidate should be able to present Arctech's technology to Owners and EPC companies that need to install Solar trackers.If you are interested, please provide your CV in EnglishJob Description:1. Identify and target potential customers and suitable projects and present Arctech'sproduct2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customerbase and ensures its strong presence3. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with themand understanding their needs5. Negotiate contracts with Owners or EPC companies to preserve and expand thecompany's profits.6. Achieve sales growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales processand sales team.Job Requirements:1. BS/MS degree in business or relative fields. Or Engineering degrees with salesexperience.2. Proven records of success with the entire sales process and experience in salesmanagement, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management is a plus.3. Have an engineer mindset and understand the technology and mechanism of ourproducts.4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills5. Ability to travel 50% of the working time. Willingness to work as a contractor and issueinvoices.6. Experience in the solar tracker industry or renewable industry and have a thoroughunderstanding of the industry.
