As the Software Architect, you'll be responsible for the architectural design and overseeing the technical design and implementation of improvements to our application landscape.

About the team    The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re.
We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance.
We define and advance the company's security strategy.
As a part of the Security Team, the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) team manages access of B2B (business-to-business) partners to Swiss Re's applications and services.
We're looking for a professional software architect to help us shape Swiss Re's B2B  Identity & Access Management landscape  and solution architecture leveraging custom software, public cloud platform, and Software-as-aService elements.

In your role, you will…    Take ownership of software architecture in Swiss Re's B2B Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape  Design and drive the  landscape´s transformation to improve resiliency, automation, and standardisation of B2B IAM services  Act as a (technical) lead for the delivery of new services and transforming existing services  Collaborate with other experts in the team to ensure seamless integration of new services accross the company      Your qualifications    Nobody meets 100% of our requirements.

software engineering, application architecture, API architecture, Event-Driven Architecture 8+ years of relevant work experience in the field of professional software development including large, complex applications Self-starter with can-do attitude  Demonstrated ability to push architecture topics forward as part of a team or independently  Determination to delve into technical, conceptual, or architectural layers  Good communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English    Nice-to-have  A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable   Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management as a discipline  Technical skills and experience with modern authentication & authorisation protocols   Knowledge  and experience in IT service management, different cloud platforms (Azure, Ali, AWS, etc.) and/or IdPs (identity providers) Technical skills and  experience with security audits, penetration testing, or offensive security  SANS GIAC, CISSP, CCSP, or similar qualification  Solid knowledge in governance, risk, and compliance in a highly regulated industry  Past experience working in an agile environment  Belief in continuous innovation, curiosity, and relentlessly looking for a better way every day     Ability to present complex topics towards different audiences on diverse technical levels    #Li-hybrid   About Swiss Re   Swiss Re is one of the world’s leading providers of reinsurance, insurance and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer, working to make the world more resilient.
