They will work closely with sales, partner delivery managers, and professional services SMEs in achieving this.They serve as the primary contact for our sales and partner teams on services sales topics and promoting Jaggaer’s implementation-leading practices as well as the value of JAGGAER's professional services.Key Responsibilities:Services Estimates, SOW, and Services sales activities:Estimation and/or scoping of engagements both direct and partner-ledParticipating in the sales cycles, covering all aspects of JAGGAER services in both Jaggaer-led and/or partner-led projects:-Provide input into the preparation of RFP responses-Contribute to the preparation of proposals-Conduct discovery or scoping sessions to address specific customer implementation requirements-Prove the value of JAGGAER professional services to customers during scoping sessions and other customer-facing engagements-Work with the Partner Delivery Managers in agreeing to a delivery structure for partner-involved projects-Scope and develop estimates-Co-ordinate internally with SMEs, product, technical consultants, and solution architects as needed to construct the customer solution-Scope, author, and negotiate SOWs (customer and partner subcontracts)-Deliver implementation approach overview and presentations regarding JAGGAER delivery methodology, value, and best practicesOn deal, closure own and conduct transition to project teams and set them up for successPractice Development:Stay abreast of company products and enhancements as well as technology trends in the marketplaceProvide feedback to internal and partner teams on service offerings and how they align with customer requirementsInput into the development of future services offeringContribute to the internal library of RFP responses as it relate to service deliveryDeveloping customer/partner-facing content to position and sell our services betterContribute to the team knowledge base and toolsetsMentor junior members of the teamReporting/Cross-functional interactions:Proactively maintain and manage services sales forecasts aligned with the sales pipelineCreate visibility for upcoming resource requirements for the PS teams to optimize staffingPosition Requirements:Possess a unique and strong combination of business, sales, and technical skills to contribute to a high level of engagement with customers, prospects, sales, and product management staff as well as implementation and technology partnersBackground in SAAS implementations, delivery, and professional services.Proficiency in procurement processes and system delivery is essentialSound appreciation of the delivery phases of a projectContract and negotiation skills are a strong plusExcellent presentation and verbal/written communication skillsService-oriented with a problem-solving attitudeAbility to build strong relationships internally and with partners and customersGood project coordination skills: multi-tasking, prioritization, self-motivationFrench language required (spoken and written)Based in EUOur Offer:A positive and fun work environment in a young and motivated teamCompetitive salary, career planShort communication channels and room for your creative ideasAn international, professional environment with exciting opportunitiesAn open-minded and dynamic corporate culture, trainings, and developmentMeal VouchersApply now and be part of our success!* Prior to an offer of employment your name will be checked against regulatory and law enforcement lists of individuals who are restricted parties under applicable law and regulations.
