Responsabilidades.
Recepción de incidencias y consultas (telefónicas o presenciales) a clientes de todas las edades Asistencia técnica y revisión a clientes con respecto a su producto principal Solicitud de piezas tras analizar el problema del dispositivo Realizar seguimiento y control de albaranes, facturas...
Perfil.
Experiencia con trato al cliente Conocimiento básico de Navision u otra herramienta corporativa Motivación para aprender conceptos técnicos sobre dispositivos médicos Estilo de comunicación claro y conciso Muy buen nivel de inglés (oral y escrito) Beneficios.
