SERVICE CONSULTANT COORDINATOR

Te encargarás de la gestión de un equipo de profesionales dedicados a la consultoría de servicios de software.
En concreto, establecerás una lista objetivos claros para cada proyecto, identificarás los recursos necesarios y crearás un plan de acción detallado, te asegurarás de que la información fluya correctamente entre los miembros del equipo.
Además, proveerás a los clientes de actualizaciones de software, parches y nuevas versiones, asegurando una implementación exitosa y minimizando cualquier impacto negativo en la operación del cliente, participarás activamente en la identificación de oportunidades para mejorar la calidad del servicio al cliente y proponer soluciones efectivas y viables.
Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia previa en consultoría de servicios y en gestión de equipos, especialmente con background industrial y con un alto nivel de inglés, dado que es empresa que opera a nivel internacional.
