About the Role   As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to refining our CI/CD processes, developing robust internal tools, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers our development teams.
Your expertise will be instrumental in advancing our global platform and setting high standards in software delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities.
Enhance the developer experience by identifying areas for improvement in the CI/CD process and implementing solutions.
Collaborate closely with the DevOps and development teams to streamline deployment and facilitate monitoring.
Develop and maintain internal tools and libraries to support development, testing, and operations.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster skills development and adherence to best practices.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools that can be leveraged to improve the development lifecycle.
Contribute to technical documentation to ensure a flawless onboarding process for new team members.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and shared knowledge.

About You   You are an experienced and passionate Software Engineering professional with excellent problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java and/or Kotlin, and deeply familiar with SpringBoot.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools and principles, particularly GitLab.
Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana and AWS X-Ray.
Bonus Skills.
Experience in improving developer workflows and processes.
Knowledge of real-time data processing, particularly Apache Kafka.
Familiarity with AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or TerraGrunt.
Exposure to Tableau or similar reporting tools.
