SENIOR / STAFF MANUFACTURING PROCESS SPECIALIST (M/V/X) 16/7 SHIFT Location.
Leiden, Nederland Contract.
Full Time Department.
Bioprocessing Services Warehouse & Logistics (BSWL) – SMPS/PES (CV19) Within BSWL, the SMPS team is responsible for the day-to-day management of shift teams on operational implementation.
The SMPS monitors the progress, safety, and quality of our processes.
The SMPS ensure timely escalations to the right stakeholder if deviations/breakdowns occur in the process.
The SMPS strive for continuous improvement.
In addition to the operational responsibility, the SMPS is also Building Captain and leads the emergency response team within the shift teams in the event of a calamity.
We are currently looking for new Senior / Staff Manufacturing Process Specialists (SMPS).

The duties of the Senior / Staff Manufacturing Process Specialist include.
The SMPS is responsible for communication about the progress of the daily production processes to the organization.
The SMPS checks and reports the progress of the production processes daily.
Is building captain in case of calamities and then leads the emergency response team.
Is the first escalation level/point of contact from Operations shift and to Operations shift.
Responsible for maintaining that the department functions according to the set standards (cGMP, EHS&S, Business Excellence and ME2) and continuously improves by using the LEAN tools.
Promotes collaboration and synergy of departments within production (shift/Bioprocessing) and beyond (supporting departments-QA/QC, MAM, PDMS, EHS, BE, etc.).
And is responsible for managing these relationships to achieve short term goals as well as managing the relationship in the long term.
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and quality product.
The SMPS works in shifts and has full oversight of operations.
Qualifications If you meet the following Job requirements, we would like to hear from YOU.
• HBO, Bachelor, or master’s degree in relevant subjects, e.
., technology or Chemical.
• You have at 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience and are familiar with an operational organization.
Preferably worked in different departments or units.
• You have leadership skills and a natural interest in people.
• You have skills and interest to lead improvements within Operations.
• You can motivate and convince people.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in Dutch (required) and English (pre).
• High quality awareness and experience affinity with EHS and cGMP standards.
• You are enthusiastic, independent, and innovative (be able to think outside the box), stress resistant (be able to deal with pressure, fast changes) and you can transfer this to your team.
• You are quality conscious and service oriented.
• You are flexible • You can work well in a team • You have great analytical skills and make connections easily.
• You take the initiative to achieve goals in time and to achieve results.
