About the Role.

Responsibilities.
Analyze customer operations and design smart logistics solutions using the latest Industry 4.
technologies.
Collaborate with the sales team as a trusted technical advisor, providing insights that influence sales strategy and solution design.
Lead the technical scoping process and prepare detailed project proposals and quotations.
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations, while managing technical discussions throughout the sales cycle.
Engage with stakeholders from logistics, supply chain, IT, and operations to ensure technical alignment and secure buy-in.
Support existing clients by identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within their WMS systems.
Mentor and train the sales team on product capabilities and technical selling strategies.
Identify and help develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with well-crafted technical documentation.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
Strong background in WMS – ideally with experience at a recognized WMS provider.
At least 2 years of experience implementing warehouse management software.
5+ years of experience in supply chain or warehouse operations.
Proven ability in customer-facing roles with a service-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – English fluency required, Spanish is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Previous exposure to sales environments is preferred.
Must be able to work full time on-site in our Atlanta office (hybrid schedule available.
1 telework day/week).
