SENIOR SALES MANAGER

For our European team in Spain, we are looking for a Sales Manager/Sales Specialist (f/m/d).What will be your responsibilities?You will actively develop the sales strategy of the solar energy market in Spain, managing different sales channels of solar panels.You will develop a close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their technical, financial, logistical and marketing support needs, and organize internal resources to meet these needs and identify new business opportunities.You will analyze and monitor sales data and prepare periodic reports based on customer information and development trend.You will prepare effective reports of all activities of managed accounts to the Sales Director on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.You will identify, establish and manage multi-level relationships between customers and the company organization to ensure a long-term business relationship.Gather up-to-date market information, including competitor and customer benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements.You will represent the company at local and national trade shows and conferences.What requirements do we expect to find?A minimum of 3 years in the solar energy segment preferably in the PV modules or solar trackers sector.Good negotiation and interpersonal communication skillsStrong customer orientation.Proactive and problem solving skills.Good organizational skillsGood knowledge of the international business environment, operations and practices (from international payment terms to the use of Incoterm).Good knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office tolos.Availability to travel according to the needs of the company (driving license: B).Native Spanish speakerUpper intermediate level of English: B1+ -B2What do we offer?Join a dynamic company, in full expansion process that encourages your autonomy in your task development.Be part of a company where people matter, with a work environment that promotes our values.Flexible working hours and the possibility of working remotely on a regular basis, believing in self-management of the team's time.30 working days of vacation per yearChristmas gift cardA gift on your birthday.Competitive salary and excellent bonus structureReferral bonus, if you help us with talent attraction.Expense reimbursementPermanent contractMore benefifts will come...Get know more about Sunova Solar:www.sunova-solar.comBrief history of Sunova Solar:Founded in China in 2016, Sunova Solar is an integrated system solutions provider focused on the development and manufacture of global distributed solar products and the development of photovoltaic power plants.
