SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, MODULE & BUSINESS EXCELLENCE

The EU Engineering Services team is looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Senior Manager, Engineering Planning and Analytics team.
This person will lead the EP&A as well as GESS Programs, Reporting and Standards.
This role will also be responsible for Product Management of GESS tools.
Key job responsibilities • Own the process/ tools and mechanisms for Module & Business Excellence, evaluate, conclude within SLAs • Identify process defects through stakeholder feedback and audits.
Facilitate cross functional mechanisms to minimize defects in a measurable way • Review new module change requests from corporate and site stakeholders against existing/latest standards • Identify and address customer and business pain points by actively deep diving into data and operational processes and working with cross-functional teams • Work with GES and partner SME’s to identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities, through processes to evaluate change requests, and facilitating lessons learnt from changes at a network level • Lead process improvement projects and development of new tools to better support the business • Schedule and moderate multiple weekly standing meetings with internal teams to obtain or share information and approve changes; coordinate information between various teams in the organization About the team The Module & Business Excellence team is a pillar within the EMEA GES EP&A (Engineering Planning & Analytics) organization.

• To drive a Module Change Cycle process with our internal customers (site delivery teams, ACES,PE,OPS) • To Maximize value to the business through driving latest and greatest design changes for future launches • To ensure a process with thorough evaluation of change requests, which leads to savings or cost avoidance • To deliver Talent Programs, that enhances employee accelerates professional development, and ensures a pipeline of skilled individuals ready to contribute effectively across various roles within the company • To deliver tools that consolidates organizational data, assesses metrics against goals, and identifies strategic opportunities We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations.
Barcelona, B, ESP | Madrid, M, ESP BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor or Master’s Degree; • Ability to independently influence and resolve conflicts with others who are not in your reporting chain; • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities; • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex processes and financial scenarios; • Effective written and verbal communication in English across both project teams and senior leadership, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% across projects in Europe PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Master’s degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field; • Communication skills, including the proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet organizational capacity needs; • Experience in project management and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful Certified Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2, or other); • Working experience with CAD software (e.

AutoCAD, Solid Works, or other); • Expertise defining complex SQL queries Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment; • German, French, Polish, Arabic, Turkish are considered preferred qualification.
• The role will be based anywhere in Europe with up to 50% of time on job travel, either domestically or to other EMEA countries.
