SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER / OWNER – DIGITAL TEAM

We are seeking a dynamic and organized self-starter to join the Digital Team as Product Owner / Manager that will help us to build and improve our digital products landscape. We want to offer the best digital experience to our customers while supporting the business growth. You will support the product strategy and vision, as well as perform analysis on customer behaviours, work on the functional definition of features, build and follow up the roadmap of deliverables and deployments, while leading business reviews with senior leaders. You will work with technology, UX, Marketing, Operations, Data, Legal and Customer Experience teams to bring the most to our products. All of this happens within an agile program management framework, to ensure we deliver new features and solutions to our users with speed and care, while managing projects efficiently. The role also carries ambiguity, and you should be able to prioritize and deliver projects in a constraint environment, where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel. You will report to the Digital Products Head.To excel in this role, you need to: - Be passionate about customer experience and delivering innovative enhancements on behalf of our customers while looking after the business growth.- Be comfortable with ambiguity and be willing to "roll up your sleeves" and operate with limited guidance.- Possess advanced project management skills, ideally experienced working in agile environments.- Have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence local and remote teams, both tech and non-tech.- Bring analytical horsepower and a deep curiosity about how things work.- Have excellent business judgement.- Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships and networks, holding your stakeholders accountable to the highest of standards.- Develop and improve key metrics to improve the performance of our funnel.- Be accountable in internal business performance reviews with senior leaders to identify and deliver necessary improvements. QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy, definition, monitoring of tasks and deployments.- Experience as a product owner or manager- Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including using data and metrics to back up assumptions, to develop business cases.- High attention to detail.- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders, in different locations.Business Level Spanish & English.
