Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment data requirements and objectives.  Utilize Power BI to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into talent acquisition metrics, including but not limited to.
candidate sourcing, pipeline analysis, time-to-fill, and hiring effectiveness.  Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Snowflake and other relevant sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.  Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate the extraction and integration of recruitment data into Power BI.  Work closely with the Data Center team to optimize data infrastructure and ensure seamless connectivity between Power BI and Snowflake.  Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the talent acquisition process.  Act as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition team and other business units, translating business requirements into actionable data solutions.  Provide training and support to end-users on how to interpret and utilize Power BI dashboards effectively.  What you need to make real what matters.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.  Proven experience as a data analyst, with a focus on talent acquisition or recruitment analytics.  Expertise in Power BI, including dashboard design, report development, and DAX calculations.  Strong SQL skills with experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.  Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.  Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
