Tasks
Identify, design, develop & deploy advanced ML solutions
Contribute to enhancing the overall ML architecture, infrastructure, data pipelines
Be responsible for crafting and implementing cutting-edge data products, ML models, and systems aimed at optimizing the user experience of the HCM system
Work closely with engineering and product teams within an Agile framework
Take the lead in defining and promoting best practices to create adaptable, high-performing AI models and systems that continuously evolve and improve
Requirements
Exposure to platforms like Databricks, MLflow, and Jupyter Notebookscs, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
Possess 8+ years of experience, honing and developing the relevant skills required for this role, gained through work in a similar or related capacity
Have a high level of proficiency in Python, data structures and algorithms, and in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch
Experience with AWS cloud solutions like Lambda and SageMaker, as well as expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and non-relational databases (NoSQL)
Exposure to platforms like Databricks, MLflow, and Jupyter notebooks
