Job Description We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of automated, secure data integrations that make manufacturing and quality data (e.
., LIMS, MES, QC) available to customers.
The current manual process will be replaced with web-services-based solutions focusing on customer centricity, quality, timelines, cost, and risk management.
This role requires strong experience with data-centric projects in the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain, excellent stakeholder communication, and a deep understanding of data workflows and interface development.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead the implementation of secure, automated customer data integrations Manage end-to-end delivery of data projects involving LIMS, MES, QC, and other systems Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure alignment with project goals Drive timelines, risk mitigation, and compliance with pharmaceutical standards Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teams Ensure focus on customer needs, data quality, and interface reliability Qualifications Required Skills & Experience.
10+ years of professional experience, with 3–6 years as an IT Project Manager Proven track record of managing at least 5 successful data projects in the pharma industry Strong understanding of data processes and workflows in manufacturing and quality Experience leading projects involving interface and integration development Exceptional communication skills for technical and business stakeholder alignment Background in pharma manufacturing systems (LIMS, MES, QC, etc.) Additional Information At Fusion, we aspire to be one of the world's leading life sciences consulting firms, setting industry benchmarks with innovative and pioneering solutions.
