Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in the development and optimization of new and existing processes, infrastructure, strategies, and tools utilized to identify and manage fraud risk across Card Products, focusing on merchant risk and verification Conduct periodic merchant reviews to ensure existing programs are in line with the contractual agreement with the Company Assist in developing risk management metrics to monitor and manage ongoing fraud risk related to the local and international payment business and in timely adjusting to optimize the monitoring system according to changes in business scenarios and risk situations Ensure suspicious activities are promptly investigated and handled in a timely and appropriate manner, working with the respective stakeholders where applicable Review and escalate suspicious activities whenever necessary and prepare required reports periodically Prepare objective reports that document findings with attainable recommendations to improve the current control environment Assist in the formulation, maintenance, improvement, and enhancement of acquiring fraud management policies, procedures, and process flows Test\/review\/enhance periodically acquiring fraud rules Act as an escalation resource for cases of fraud that require more in-depth investigation and knowledge Submit disputes for all chargebacks, follow the process up to repayment To monitor and oversight the use of the risk management process and framework by the first line of defence, its effectiveness, and efficiency To prepare relevant reports to regulatory authorities and to the Board Regular scanning of the external environment to early identify emerging risks Payxpert Benefits.

Please take part on our awesome engagement events\u Referral Bonus Preferred Candidate Profile Education University-level degree within a related field (Criminology, Finance, Risk..), or equivalent experience\/qualification Certification in Fraud or financial crime-related subjects by an internationally recognized organization would be a plus Job Experience 4+ years of experience in a similar position Professional knowledge Expert knowledge and practical experience analyzing and managing fraud risk, specifically card fraud, CNP fraud, scams, merchant, and eCommerce Understanding basic technology architecture and security of web, mobile, and merchant financial services Competent writer of corporate policies and communications Experience in card scheme fraud risk analysis and case investigation required Excellent data querying and management skills with attention to details Solid verbal and written communication skills Strong prioritization and execution capabilities Experience and comfortable in establishing relationships with different teams inside the organisation and outside the organisation Ability to learn and adapt to new fraud risk management tools Do you want to join and be at the forefront of innovative Fintech Technologies, Immerse yourself in a multicultural and dynamic environment?
