We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and will play a key role in enhancing employee experience and ensuring compliance with quality and audit standards.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services Proficiency in SuccessFactors, LMS, ticketing tools, employee experience lifecycle Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment  VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer Commitment India.
