Are you a Senior Data Management Engineer seeking a new interesting challenge? 🔍If your answer is yes, it’s your lucky day so keep reading, it can be just what you're looking for! 👀✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:Design, implement, and maintain data management solutions utilizing MDM (Master Data Management), DQ (Data Quality), or Metadata technologies.Develop and deploy MDM solutions using tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere, or Talend.Utilize DQ technologies like Informatica Data Quality to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.Implement metadata management solutions using platforms such as Collibra to enable effective data governance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.Design and implement data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions.Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data lineage documentation.Monitor and optimize data management processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.Provide guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders on data management best practices.🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Native Spanish Language and Advanced level of English6 to 10 years of experience in data management, with a focus on MDM, DQ, or Metadata technologies.Hands-on experience with MDM technologies such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere, or Talend.Proficiency in DQ technologies like Informatica Data Quality or similar tools.Experience implementing metadata management solutions using platforms like Collibra.Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.Relevant certifications in MDM, DQ, or Metadata technologies are a plus.📅 WHERE AND WHEN?Workplace: San Blas-Canillejas, 28037 Madrid + Remote work (Hybrid model)Work Schedule: Business Hours🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?Permanent contract 📋 - We offer indefinite contracts from the first day.Pay and benefits 💸 - Competitive salary and a flexible compensation plan adapted to your needs (Ticket restaurant plan, Childcare Ticket, Transport Ticket and Health Insurance).Work from home 🏚️ - We offer you a financial support every month for your working from home expenses.
