Job Responsibilities / Role:Working closely with the end user to define requirements.Coping within a fast moving environment.Presenting and issues and solutions to team members concise way.Producing quality documentation, requirements and analysis on the current internal data lake as well as on new cloud technologies.Very good communication skills, being able to translate technical requirements to non-technical partners and to communicate clear solutions.Demonstrable experience in handling major high profile incidents.You will have a solid background and success in previous roles leading technical resources.Proven ability to deliver solutions under pressure and within time constraints.Ideally experience of supporting products with high visibility.Willingness to and comfortable with speaking up when you see something that can be done better with appropriate manners and in the right forums.Mandatory skills:Experience of Financial Crime systems covering Customer Screening, Customer Risk Assessment and Transaction Monitoring.Excellent data analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information from many sources.Experience of writing SQL with experience in analysing and interrogating data and data mapping between systems.Experience using Scala and Spark or Java to perform relevant analysis and support within the project.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and able to establish positive working relationships.Experience in presenting and issues and solutions to team members concise way.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Nice to have skills:Financial Services industry experience.Software QA & Testing Tools exposure.A willingness to learn, both in terms of new systems and potentially with new technologies that the candidate may not have experienced before.Qualities: Team playerEnergetic, motivated and determinedPragmatic and results-orientedAdaptable to diverse set of technical responsibilitiesExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsProductive and able to manage time effectivelyJoin us! @Inetum.
