SENIOR COMMUNITY MANAGER & ANALYST

At CORUS we are looking for a Senior Community Manager & Analyst to join our team in an international insurance project.The task distribution is around 70% community management (interacting with the users, alert management, escalation processes…) and 30% analysis (metric control, creating reports, categorization of posts, social listening…)Location: Remote from SpainYou will be in charge of:Community management of Social Media accountsAnalysis and categorization of social media postsAlerts management, distribution and escalation processesAnalyze the incoming alerts for domains that potentially misuse the brand.Set up and conduct trainings and workshop sessions on social customer care.Manage incoming requests through our support contact form and redirect them to the right team within the company.Create reports on specific social media activities from the customers or other industry topics.Support the Brand Marketing team on the Business Units adoption of Sprinklr for Customer Care and the implementation of KPIs, dashboards and measures within SprinklrInterpret data gathered from social media monitoring, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations for community engagement and digital care strategies.Setting up and refining keyword filters to extract meaningful insights from social media conversations and identify trends, sentiments, and customers’ feedback.Main Responsibilities:Drive the project execution, working in an agile and fast-paced environment. Adapt to changing requirements and priorities to implement a successful solution.Work with stakeholders to understand work and effort required, and ensure work is sequenced to meet deadlinesCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure smooth project execution.Work with stakeholders to understand, document and prioritize their requirementsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, plan, objectives, and deliverables.You should have:Over 5 years of relevant experienceHighly Proficient (native preferred) in English and fluent in Spanish, German is a plus.Social Media Tools and platforms: Familiarity and experience with SprinklrWhat do we offer:Remote work from SpainFlexible remuneration and a personalized training plan.People-focused team.Dynamic work environment, with real possibilities for professional growth.International projects of high technological value.At CORUS we are very conscious of the importance of respecting diversity.
