About the job As a Senior Business Operations - Enhanced Support you will engage in a role that directly supports business operations in an effort to achieve the strategic goals of the organization.
Leverage domain and industry expertise.
Perform research, analysis, and coordination in support of divisional activities on initiatives such as budgeting, project and communication management, policy and procedure development, and strategic planning.
Provide problem solving and/or trouble-shooting on company systems or processes.
Interact with internal staff, Business Units, subcontractors, and applicable departments at SAS.
As a Senior Business Operations Specialist, you will.
Manage and/or support the development and execution of Enhanced Support business strategies and/or programs; align scope with strategic business objectives and regularly report on status to management.
Provide leadership and direction to support development and execution of Enhanced Support business strategies and initiatives; coordinate activities with other business units within the company; establish operating rhythm of the business to ensure the organization is running effectively and efficiently to met goals and objectives.
Identify and analyze the business needs of the department or business unit to develop plans for continuous improvement and to help determine solutions to business problems.
Engage in the Enhanced Support project life cycle implementation process to facilitate and support the successful delivery (i.
., resource requests, contracts reviews, service agreements/work orders,  invoices, etc.); manage operational tasks associated with project initiation and delivery.
Investigate options, recommend courses of action and drives implementation of initiatives related to continuous improvement, streamlining operations, and service delivery readiness and capabilities.
Define and implement standards and best practices to foster collaboration across all areas of the organization.
Provide resources to facilitate and enhance the value and quality of Enhanced Support services (i.
., training/learning, knowledge sharing, etc.).
Review, analyze and synthesize policies, processes and guidance documents to facilitate understanding and usage by the business.
Required qualifications  Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Training and Development, Accounting, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of eight years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to identify process optimization and recommend service improvements.
