You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, translate requirements into actionable plans, and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions. Your expertise in analysing data, identifying trends, and leveraging industry best practices will drive informed decision-making and contribute to the overall success of our digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for digital products and features.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, product managers, designers, and development teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Data Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimisation, inform product decisions, and drive continuous improvement.Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, wireframes, and user stories.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimisation and efficiency gains within the digital products team and propose solutions to enhance workflows and deliverables.Quality Assurance: Partner with QA analysts to define test plans, validate functionality, and ensure the quality of deliverables meets business requirements.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong expertise in functional analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and gap analysis.Proficiency in data analysis techniques, data mapping, and working with large datasets.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Fluent English at professional level is requiredVASS is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
