About the Role.
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is passionate about technology and product development to help us lay the foundations for the premier recruitment platform on the market.
Requirements.
Knowledge of the Node.
s ecosystem, including TypeScript, common libraries, and frameworks Self-motivated and high-performing, with a passion for both business and technology Deep understanding of software design, object orientation, architectural principles, and API design Analytical thinking and experience making product decisions based on data Nice-to-have skills include knowledge in TDD, DDD, Pair programming techniques, and experience with Continuous Integration pipelines and tools, familiarity with Front End technologies, and knowledge of refactoring techniques Why Join Workfully.
