The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and Spanish.
Overall, the candidate will work closely with the SEM Manager and with the SEM Team and will be responsible for planning, implementing and analyzing paid search campaigns across brands and products.
She/he will work in line with marketing and business objectives using Google AdWords and Bing Ads mainly and be responsible for delivering customer-focused, profitable multi-category campaigns to agreed targets.

Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests to improve SEM traffic and increase ROI.
Delivering performance reports and insights to the PPC Manager and defining campaign actions accordingly Manage and coach a team of highly motivated PPC specialists and get hands-on with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
Addressing and escalating campaign performance issues.
Responsible for AB tests, Search Query analysis and keyword mining.
Supporting internal sharing of knowledge through training and coaching.
Acting as a core team member on various web projects, providing content management and user experience best practices.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time and on-budget Work with cross-functional teams, such as data science, project and web development, to create high-quality and relevant ad creatives and landing pages Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms is a plus Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
