As a Graduate Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in maximizing the potential of their email marketing efforts, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver great results.
Job Summary.
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Graduate Technical Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will collaborate with our clients, providing expert advice, implementing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment of email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities.
· Provide technical guidance and support to clients, understanding their business objectives and email marketing requirements.
· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
· Implement and configure email marketing platforms, such as Adobe Campaign and Zeta to meet client requirements and optimize campaign performance.
· Troubleshoot technical issues related to email marketing platforms, HTML/CSS coding, email deliverability, and responsive design, providing timely resolution.
· Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on email campaigns to ensure optimal functionality, compatibility, and adherence to best practices.
· Assist clients with the integration of email marketing platforms with their existing systems, such as CRM or e-commerce platforms.
· Develop and deliver client training sessions and workshops, educating them on email marketing best practices, platform usage, and optimization techniques.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and email marketing best practices, proactively sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
· Collaborate with the account management and sales teams to support business development activities, including conducting product demonstrations and providing technical expertise during sales pitches.
Qualifications.
· An analytical or STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Math) based degree.
· Strong communication skills both written and verbally · Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to troubleshoot and modify code as necessary · A confident and professional manner · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
· Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
