SCADA ENGINEER

📢 We are looking for a SCADA Engineer to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth!Functions & Responsibilities:Responsible for OT operation and maintenance within given scope.To support development of and monitoring system for internal control center.Ensuring that the monitoring system meets technical specifications and applicable standards according to corporate policies in OT systems.Proactivity to improvement of OT systems.Manage and coordinate onsite activities in relation to the SCADA system with O&M contractor in coordination with Asset Managers.Reviewing technical documentation from SCADA equipment suppliers/advisors.Create well-structured, maintainable tooling to support the IT/OT department.Participate in the preparation of bidding and procurement documents related to the remote control center and SCADA system and participate in the entire bidding and procurement process.Accept travelling to the power plant site to participate in equipment fault analysis and processing, relevant information statistics, and other matters that need to be dealt with at the power plant site when necessary.Participate in the docking with CTGI and assist in submitting production-related information and reports to CTGI.Support asset managers in SCADA, communications, remote control, etc.Training & Experience Requirements (mandatory):Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or comparable with several years of work experience.At least 3 years of experience in Experience in automation, Industry 4.0 Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) (DCS, SCADA, PLC, etc.).Additional requirements (desired):Spanish (Advance – equivalent to C1 level).English (Advance – equivalent to C1 level).Chinese (Advance – equivalent to HSK6 level). Knowledge about monitoring and security software such as IDS and IPS.Knowledge of SCADA systems for the acquisition, management and analysis of process data from technological systems (SCADA, RTU, PLC, etc.).Knowledge of communications systems (Satellite, FO, Wiimax, etc).Knowledge of network topologies (routing, switching), WAN/LAN, VPN and wireless communications is preferrable.Knowledge of use and configuration of supplementary IT security architectures (e.g. SIEM, IDS / IPS) and the special requirements of OT systems.👉 Please apply with an English CV!
