The company: our customer is a multinational corporation that operates in more than 25 countries and is one of the leading IT Consulting companies. More than 27,000 employees (more than 1,000 in Spain) and around 1.800 M$ global revenue. They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employee, based in Madrid or Warsaw, but providing services to their global organization."We are a digitally native technology services company where innovation, design and engineering meet scale. We use some of the latest technologies in the digital and cognitive field to empower organizations in every aspect.Right now, we are looking for several SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultants to join our team and help us drive exponential growth at our innovative SAP practice in Europe, based in Spain or Poland but providing coverage to all Europe clients.They will start being assigned to a big customer project, planned to last several years, but later in time they will be assigned to any other customers and projects in that area."What we are looking for:Candidates who have more than 3 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.Certified and proficient in SuccessFactors Employee Central, with at least one end-to-end implementation experience.Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee Central module - Custom Objects, Role Based Permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas Reports/ Advanced Reports). Must have worked on MDF, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, Workflows etc.Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central,, following best practices.Languages: English (fluent) required, Spanish or Polish (nice to have, depending on the location).International environment in high-performance teams.Permanent Global employee, need them working in our customer in Madrid or Warsaw within SAP hubs of a big multinational enduser company.
