We do so in order to develop more sustainable and technologically advanced vehicles that are also adapted to the new needs and requirements of their passengers.As part of this transformation, Antolin is committed to a sustainable business model that focuses on and creates value for all its stakeholders, including its customers, employees, investors, suppliers, and society as a whole.Mission:Project Manager/Consultant specializing in SAP SSFF.Responsibilities:Define the System strategy related to HR.Bridging the gap between technical teams and business.Analyzing requirements with the functional area, selecting, or coordinating external implementation teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects.Design and execution of tendering processes: Incorporation of purchasing requisitions without a frame contract, tender strategy and planning, risk analysis, tendering, pre-selection, negotiation, and preparation of award decisions as well as contract implementation and management.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or technical degree, or equivalent.Experience in consulting and knowledge of applications in the SAP SSFF field.Minimum 5 years' experience in the role.Additional knowledge/training:Understanding of general HR flows and their architecture and interrelationships.Knowledge in SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Succession, Compensation, Reporting, Performance, and Goals.
