Are you a SAP Hypercare Lead seeking a new interesting challenge? 🔍If your answer is yes, it’s your lucky day so keep reading, it can be just what you're looking for! 👀✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasksCoordinate with project stakeholders to identify and address post-implementation issues and concerns.Oversee and manage the Hypercare phase of the SAP S4 transformation project.Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful adoption of the new SAP S4 system.Lead a team of Hypercare specialists to provide timely support and resolution to end-user queries and issues.Collaborate with the project team to prioritize and escalate critical issues as needed.Monitor and track the resolution of reported issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions to business operations.Utilize Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira to facilitate project management and issue tracking.🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?Minimum 10 years of experience working with SAP systems.Proven experience as a Hypercare Lead or similar role in large-scale ERP implementation projects, with a focus on SAP S4/HANA.Experience leading a minimum of 3 SAP S4 hypercare projects.In-depth understanding of Hypercare processes and methodologies.Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage resources and timelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, particularly Jira, for project management and issue tracking.Relevant certifications in project management or SAP will be an advantage.Good verbal and written communication skills (English).📅 WHERE AND WHEN?Workplace: Remote workWork Schedule: Office hours🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?Permanent contract 📋 - We offer indefinite contracts from the first day.Pay and benefits 💸 - Competitive salary and a flexible compensation plan adapted to your needs (Ticket restaurant plan, Childcare Ticket, Transport Ticket and Health Insurance).Work from home 🏚️ - We offer you a financial support every month for your working from home expenses.
