Joining the HR & Travel Expenses team as a Payroll Consultant, you will primarily collaborate in the management of the ongoing payroll support in SAP.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality support performance in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements and within the agreed budget.
You will be participating in a multi-skilled customer-focused team of internal and external resources.

u00a0 As a SAP Payroll Consultant within TUI Group, you will be participating in the HR & travel Expenses team and provide support to the Technology Team Leader in helping.
00a0 Related to project work, you will support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business processes and systems.
You will focus on the more technical aspects of the projects, like payroll developments, data migration, integration and coordination / participation in development work.
You will ensure that issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively.
You will co-ordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring the integration with other processes / teams.
00a0u00a0u00a0 You will manage the operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers with respect to planning, execution and quality control.
00a0 A pro-active and prompt interaction with the end-user community is of vital importance to the success of the team.

u00a0 Participation in the cloud project for introducing Employee Central with a focus on migration and replication of employee master data u00a0 Coordination of external consultants u00a0 Onboarding of new users u00a0 – Deep knowledge in payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme, payroll functions.
00a0 – Previous experience in SAP HR consulting.
00a0 – Knowledge of Human Resources business processes.
00a0 – Fluency in English and German is a must.
Other languages are a plus.
