Sika, a leading specialty chemical company, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Global Business Process Owner. If you have a passion for driving efficiency, process optimization, and global collaboration, this is the opportunity for you!Goal And Purpose Of The PositionAs the Global Business Process Owner, your primary responsibility is to define global end-to-end processes and data templates to support Sika's growth strategy. Your role will contribute to achieving operational efficiency and competitive advantages by establishing a single-source-of-truth approach and driving data standardization and quality.Main TasksProcess Definition & Design:Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document global end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment with Sika's business objectives.Develop process maps, standard operating procedures, and process performance metrics.Harmonize and protect global process master data to ensure a single source of truth.Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for process stability and resilience.Develop documentation and training material for regional process owners and key users.Present regular monitoring reports on Sika's end-to-end process performance to regional management.Process OptimizationIdentify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage technology solutions for process digitalization and automation.Work with regional process owner teams to drive cross-regional end-to-end process alignment.Support Corporate IT (SIS) in SAP upgrades and migration projects.Governance And OversightAct as the central point of contact for assigned global end-to-end processes.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.Monitor process performance and establish KPIs to track effectiveness.Support the definition of an authorization concept to protect Sika end-to-end processes and master data.Change ManagementLead change initiatives related to global end-to-end process improvements.Provide training and support to regional teams and key users affected by global process changes.Foster a culture of end-to-end process ownership and continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineer or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, process optimization, or a related field.Deep understanding of demand to supply processes and best practices within industry.Strong experience in SAP Demand-to-Supply process (SAP APO: PP, DS...)Proven track record of successfully leading global process improvement initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Willigness to travel internationally.If you meet these qualifications and are passionate about driving global business processes to new heights, we invite you to apply and be a key player in Sika's journey towards operational excellence!Additional InformationWhat do we offer?Permanent contractInternational environmentFreedom, within a framework of responsibility, to organize your work in a work-life balance environment.Professional and training development in a multinational company leader in its sector.Flexible remuneration: medical insurance, restaurant vouchers and childcare vouchers, among others.Discounts on Sika products.Sika is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified candidates for employment without regard to gender, religion, race, national or ethnic origin, cultural background, social group, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age or political opinion.
