We are looking for a comprehensive leader in every sense.Technical requirements:Real experience 7-10 years basis knowledge, aware of SAP systems including different application like ERPInterface knowledgeAware of cloud and new technologyMigration background5-7 year of HANA OperationGood comunication, presentation, reporting and leadership skillsProblem solving and conflict resolution abilityMain tasks of the position:Serve as the primary contact for external and internal communications.Oversee standard run operations.Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.Ensure alignment with the client's objectives and requirements.Perform health checks for the systems.Coordinate parameter changes for system alignment.Handle HANA operations.Demonstrate proficiency in Solution Manager.Conduct performance analyses.Perform EWA (EarlyWatch Alert) analyses.Implement SAP notes as needed.Address SAP Security concerns.Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.Provide leadership to the infrastructure team.Collaborate and align with the SAP AO (Application Operations) team.How your daily routine will look:Join our team where the work schedule embraces variety, operating on a rotating shift from Monday to Friday.
