We are looking for a "Sales Supervisor" located in Madrid, Spain.The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications;Bachelor's degree from related universitiesPreferably with at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer relations, product management or similar field and Retail sector experience.Fluent in Spanish and English with advanced English persuasion and negotiation skillsHigh planning and organizational skills, result-orientedProficient in MS Office applications (Advanced Excel, Power Point), preferably able to use SAPStrong communication skills, prone to teamworkAdvanced problem solving, analytical and reporting skillsNo restrictions for domestic and international travels, driver's license (Active user)Innovative, investigative and open to changeCompetent in decision making and problem solvingJOB DESCRIPTIONIncreasing sales revenue and achieving corporate targets; Assisting in forecasting and evaluating business opportunities in existing and new industries compatible with the business unit's productsDesigning and implementing tactical and joint business sales plans that increase Glassware Product Group sales in the regionSupporting and implementing end-to-end Glassware Product Group sales processes such as quotation, presentation, price request, request for quotation and homologation, from the quotation to the purchasing stageEnsuring that customers' expectations are met by participating in negotiations and ensuring the development of products and services that will meet industry standards. Additionally, helping manage deals with design, sales operations, logistics and marketing teams.Supporting efforts to create and promote strong customer relationships by conducting regular field visits and actively using different communication channelsHelping develop strong relationships with customers by creating customized account plans and commercial strategiesPreparing regular/ad-hoc reports and data for required stakeholders including performance management, legal, etc. on sales performance, business developments and new opportunities for assigned customer groupAssisting the manager he/she reports to in taking corrective measures and/or providing operational insight for targets not achieved in performance reports and key performance indicators
