ecently listed as one of Europe&#;s top 25 fastest-growing companies, we are building a team that can continue to support our ambitious growth plans. Key responsibilities you will be in charge ofEstablish a sales operations structure and environment that will promote and implement strategy and operational models that contribute to revenue growthManage sales planning, reporting, forecasting, quota allocation and management, sales process optimization, territory planning, and sales compensation administrationManage and optimize the sales process from lead to close, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for sale cycle optimization and accelerationAnalyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsCreate and manage sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into pipeline and Sales (Inside and New) and Client Development performanceCollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goalsInfluence and manage CRM and sales technology strategy to scale ahead of the business needs, ensuring that the strategy takes into account the full sales and marketing funnelDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM dataDevelop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the Sales and Client Participate in and manage sales territory planningSupport sales training programs to ensure the team is armed with product/domain knowledgeParticipate in sales enablement programs, providing the sales teams with the resources needed to close more deals, including content, tools, knowledge, and information to effectively sell to customersWork with our People and finance functions on sales incentive compensation plansAct as a sales advocate by balancing sales needs while managing reasonable expectations from an operations perspectiveParticipate in management decision-making processes concerning sales issues and procedures and serve as an escalation point for the resolution of any issuesManage relationships/agreements with external partners and vendors Requirements to succeed in this roleTo be successful in this role, this role must possess strong sales acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad team while reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
